These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and zk789 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://zk789.cam ("the Site"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Site, you irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.
zk789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:
- "Account" means the personal member account created by a User on the Site.
- "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under our compliance obligations.
- "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round played using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds.
- "IDR / Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole supported currency on the Platform.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which using the Site is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
- "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all verified Members.
2 Eligibility
To register and use the zk789 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Proof of age and identity will be requested during the KYC process.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Site from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by zk789 or any third-party responsible gaming body — that remains in force at the time of registration or use.
- You must not have had a previous zk789 Account terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds confiscated, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
3 Account Registration
- Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's details — is a material breach of these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information is grounds for immediate termination.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account.
- You must notify zk789 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. zk789 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
- Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow a third party to use your Account for any purpose.
4 KYC Verification
zk789 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as determined by our compliance obligations. You agree to provide any of the following documentation upon request:
- National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid government-issued photo identification.
- Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding 90 days.
- A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document.
- Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a bank statement or screenshot confirming that the depositing bank account or e-wallet belongs to the registered Account holder.
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request will result in the request being placed on hold until documentation is received and approved. zk789 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and suspend accounts pending KYC completion.
All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our
Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted, stored securely, and never sold or shared with third parties outside of mandatory regulatory or law-enforcement disclosure obligations.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Supported deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
- Minimum deposit thresholds and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Most deposits are credited within minutes.
- zk789 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
5.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same Account, unless prior written approval is obtained from the zk789 compliance team.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied.
- Standard withdrawal processing time to Indonesian bank accounts is within 15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Processing times may extend during public holidays or periods of high volume.
- zk789 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly those exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 100.000.000 within any seven-day period.
- In the event that deposits were funded by e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), withdrawals will be processed to the same e-wallet account where technically feasible.
7 Betting & Game Rules
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the zk789 Platform. Sport-specific rules, live betting rules, and casino game rules are detailed in the relevant product sections of the Site. In the event of a conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over these general provisions.
- All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the User (except via the Cashout feature where available).
- zk789 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement, or where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a settled result, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, BRI Liga 1, the official lottery provider) will be treated as final.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement and may be adjusted at zk789's discretion without prior notice.
- For togel (numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced exclusively from officially published pools. zk789 does not operate, influence, or control the underlying lottery draw mechanism.
- For casino games, all results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independent of prior results and cannot be predicted.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk789 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement:
- Attempting to place wagers on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for third parties.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy that exploits promotional offers or pricing discrepancies.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multi-player game.
- Knowingly participating in or placing wagers on any fixture where match-fixing, score manipulation, or insider information is involved.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, whether by depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds for purposes unrelated to genuine betting.
- Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC.
- Accessing the Site via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or regulatory restrictions.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the zk789 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, data feeds, odds data, and written content — is the exclusive property of zk789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from zk789.
10 Privacy & Data
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by zk789 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. You are advised to read the Privacy Policy carefully before creating an Account.
11 Limitation of Liability
- The zk789 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk789 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
- zk789 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
- In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or communication failure that results in incorrect odds being displayed or a bet being placed erroneously, zk789 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the staked amount to the Member's Account Balance.
- zk789's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of zk789.
12 Account Termination
zk789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- A valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
- Evidence that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
- Regulatory or legal requirement necessitating the closure of the Account.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where closure is voluntary or occurs through no fault of the User, any verified real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned via the original deposit method within 10 business days.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents zk789 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any competent court of jurisdiction.
Indonesian residents retain the right to seek recourse through Indonesian courts for matters exclusively governed by Indonesian law where mandatory consumer protection statutes apply.
14 Amendments
zk789 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a site notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
